Whew! What a year it has been. As we take a quick breather and bid farewell to 2025, we're feeling grateful for another year of making the best candied pecans in the world with the best staff in the business. We want to extend a special thank you to all of our amazing customers! We're looking forward to another year of enchantment, joy, and growth.

We launched three flavors of our candied pecans in over 1,400 Publix supermarkets!
We concocted a new flavor: The Spark, featuring a blend of warm, gochujang spice and hints of cherry, orange, toasted sesame, and chive. The end result is an exciting explosion (or spark) of bold flavors that unlock the full taste and texture of our toasted pecans.
We expanded our Whole Foods presence into three new regions: Rocky Mountain, Northeast, and North Atlantic. This increased our total Whole Foods store count from 211 to 325.
Eric traveled the southeast on a “Great American Pecan Tour” to sample his candied pecans at 29 grocery stores. He drove 4,541 miles, handed out 9,000 samples, and crossed seeing an alligator off his bucket list.
We purchased an automatic pouch filler and can seamer for our production facility, which increased our daily pecan output by 700%
We launched in 60 HEB stores throughout Texas with more stores to be added in 2026!
We got a shoutout in TWO high caliber magazines: Bon Appétit and Midwest Living.
We launched a new size: the 1.25oz pouch, perfect for lunchboxes, backpacks, and pockets.
We attended 10 specialty food trade shows from Indianapolis to New York City to Sacramento!
We opened an Enchantment Season Holiday Pop-Up in downtown Madison. We loved being welcomed into a new neighborhood and meeting so many new faces! Stay tuned for exciting news about our new retail location coming later this winter.
