Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
¼ cup roughly crushed Fortune Favors The Spark pecans
¼ cup panko crumbs
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix honey, soy sauce, orange juice, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Mix crushed The Spark pecans and panko crumbs together; set aside.
Place salmon on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof pan, brush with glaze, then press the panko-Spark mixture on top.
Bake for 12-15 min until the centers of the salmon filets are flaky. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chives.
